Perched high above the city, this boutique workspace blends warm natural materials, sculptural details, and expansive glazing to offer an experience that feels less corporate — and more curated.
The Project
This concept imagines a flagship office for a creative firm seeking distinction through design. Set within a high-rise tower, the layout balances openness and privacy with subtle transitions between public lounge, client-facing conference zones, and quiet solo work areas. The aesthetic blends mid-century influence with contemporary restraint.
What We Did
We developed a holistic material strategy — soft suede upholstery, warm wood paneling, and matte black accents — paired with architectural gestures like custom arched entries and timber trellis ceilings. Full-height windows open panoramic city views, while lighting and spatial zoning enhance productivity without sacrificing serenity. Every element, from the custom furniture selection to sculptural accessories, was chosen to elevate the brand experience.
